We are incredibly sorry to say that it is in the best interest of all that we cancel VBS this year due to the health concerns in Falmouth.  We have a few families struggling with lice and hand-foot and mouth disease.  All concerned individuals are staying home and taking care of the problems.  We have tried to be up front and honest in an effort to not spread the difficulties and have done every thing needed to clean the facility.  We desire the safety of all, especially the children.  It was a very difficult decision.  This is an outreach event and we did not feel comfortable inviting others with the news of possible exposure to health concerns.  A great deal of hard and long hours were spent in preparation for VBS.  A big Thank You to all who helped prepare for VBS, God will bless you for your faithfulness.  Please pray for the Holy Spirit to use this adversity for the Kingdom.  It is sometimes hard to see God’s hand in a situation, but Scripture tells us the He will work all things out for those who love Him and seek to do His will.

Thank you to all who helped to make the Road Race Weekend a successful outreach to the community. 

We will be planning a family Luau outreach event for the fall, the date to be announced shortly.  We will be providing an organized covered dish dinner, please see (Therese Ely) for a recipe card.  This event will be used as an out reach and lead into AWANA and all of the Fall activities at the church.

Please pray and ask the Holy Spirit to open the hearts of those you could invite.  Mahalo!
